Life at IBSA

Working at IBSA

Empowering people to work to the best of their ability also means looking after their wellbeing. That is why we promote working practices that support a healthy work-life balance.

We also believe that giving back to the community is part of who we are as a company. That is why we offer staff two days a year, during working hours, to spend on voluntary work.

In parallel, we run initiatives tailored to the diverse needs of our people: support for parents, healthcare and wellbeing services, plus partnerships and discounts on leisure activities and everyday items.

A model based on continuous development

IBSA Academy

IBSA-Academy

The IBSA Academy was set up to support long-term professional development through a structured training programme. The aim is to promote professional development in line with IBSA’s strategic objectives.

The Academy offers training programmes designed to improve personal or cross-functional skills – soft skills – such as effective communication, leadership and emotional intelligence.

The content of the training programme is also determined by the results of ‘Sharing is Caring’, the anonymous, voluntary opinion survey carried out periodically across the Group. This approach underlines our commitment to designing training programmes by listening to our people, so that we can respond effectively to their development needs.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: a concrete commitment

DEI

For IBSA, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) are an integral part of the corporate culture and are reflected in the decisions that shape every stage of employees’ careers.

Our commitment is reflected in HR practices focused on fairness and transparency: recruitment processes based on objective criteria, clear and transparent career development pathways and appraisal systems, plus ongoing investment in training through the IBSA Academy, which fosters skills development and encourages dialogue between people with different experiences and perspectives.

This approach forms part of a broader vision of social responsibility, with the aim of promoting a working environment that is increasingly fair, inclusive and focused on the value of people.
